  Ensure the item is in its original, mint condition with all packaging, manuals, and power supplies included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's functionality and condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
